Standard Walk-Through Videos start at $125.00 and go up to $175.00. The video is shot with an iPhone in a 3 axis Gimbal for stability. Video footage is shot in 4k quality and is professionally edited. Both Branded and Unbranded versions will be delivered. This video style not only shows the flow of the home but will have more “Stylistic” moves and video clips that show the nicer features of the home, such as higher end counters, backsplashes, showers, etc. The edited video is typically delivered the next day, but it may take up to 24-48 hours for delivery.

Basic Walk-Through Video Recorded in 1080p one Version No Branding

The basic video starts at $75.00 and goes up to $105.00. The video is shot with an iPhone in a 3 axis Gimbal for stability. Video footage is shot in 4k quality and is professionally edited. This video is simple but appealing in nature, giving the viewer a good overview of the home. All videos are professionally edited and will be delivered the next day, barring any unforeseen circumstances.

  • Basic Walk-Through Videos, with Drone footage added, range in price from $125-$155.00.

  • Drone Video, without a home photo shoot, is $150.00.
