RESIDENTIAL PHOTOSHOOT

 

This is the HDR “Natural Look” shoot above with 1 to 2 flash frames added per finished interior image for a crisper, more color correct image. A picture chosen by the photographer will be added to TV screens. Fireplaces can be lit, in Photoshop, upon customer request. The price of a residential photo shoot is calculated on the square footage of the living area of the home.

STANDARD (FLASH BLEND) SHOOT

The Standard photo shoot starts at $120.00 minimum fee for a home that has 1500 sf of living space or less.

1501 sf living space and over is an additional $20.00 per 1000 sf of living space.

Some accessory, non-living areas, may be done in HDR style depending on conditions and lighting.

Most accessory structures and pools will be photographed at no extra charge. 

Additional fees may be incurred for large barns, large accessory structures, etc.

 

This the Standard Shoot, as above, with additional flash frames, as needed, to provide a crispness and more color-correct look throughout the entire image. A higher end, more detailed editing process on the interior of the home is also implemented. The price of a photo shoot for residential properties is calculated on the square footage of the living area of the home.

PREMIUM (MULTI-FLASH BLEND) SHOOT

The Premium photo shoot starts at $150.00 minimum fee for homes that have 1500 sf of living space or less.

1501 sf of living space and over is an additional $25.00 per 750 sf of living space.

All rooms with under-air living space will be shot with the addition of flash as needed.

Most accessory structures and pools will be photographed at no extra charge. 

Additional fees may be incurred for large barns, large accessory structures, etc.

 

The twilight shoot requires a second visit to the property at or around dusk. A virtual twilight is also available, see additional services below.

TWILIGHT SHOOT

The twilight photo shoot is $150 as an add on to a full photo shoot or $200 as a stand alone product.

The use will include and extend to any further short-term marketing post-sale, including Just-Sold advertising. The customer further understands that the photos/videos are for marketing use only, and are owned by the photographer, not the user. The media may not be sold, given away, or lent to another agent, decorator, designer, builder etc. The photos may be given to the seller at the consummation of the sale, as gift, if that is the users desire. If the seller is given the media, it may not be used for any profitable venture, including but limited to the resale of the property, without the photographers written permission. The photographer understands that once the pictures are in the MLS system, they are to stay in the system, per the Board of Realtor Rules and Guidelines. Please do not remove them.
